Statistical anomaly (anonymous)

Joined a new firm and they insisting to get an aadhar so that they can create a pf account and link it to my uan. I have forwarded the last Supreme Court verdict wherein epfo was struck out of section 7 requiring neither the employer or the employer to provide aadhar. The hr says they can’t process my salary until I apply for a aadhar card and provide it to themĀ  What are my options?
